Each session is 50 minutes in length.

Please note that my rate is often less when I’m contracted with an insurance company. When I’m contracted, I honor the rate of the insurance company.

I accept cash, MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $100 late cancellation fee.

I also accept insurance from other insurance companies, but these companies and your specific policy must allow payments to “out of network” providers.

As noted above, I will bill your insurance and if contracted with them, will be paid what the contracted amount is. The client pays for any deductible as well as co-pays and co-insurance fees. Clients are also responsible for any denied claims.

Please confirm your insurance by calling them and asking the following:
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Do I need pre-authorization for these benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit the number of sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
